So I took some time to give my poor little window some tlc. Hoping those mint springs take root.

Mornings, camp, great interview . Loved the pics. storys were great too.
Danna, I force fed a baby chick scrambled eggs . I pulled its beak open and put small bites in til its crop was a ball. I had to do that 5 times a day. Its the only one that ever lived like that. I just put it to where the beak stopped . It swallowed it. Bout half a pea size . Lisa says its a rooster. LOL

Camping, I took a look at my polish last night. Day 3. I seen spiders in the honas.

I wasnt really looking for them yet. I knew I could see the polish. They are not so good . 2 maybe. I will never be able to see through Mavis eggs. LOL I also seen Lisas biel?? I can spell it. spider too !

Mint dont like full sun. Dont care what the tag says.

That's great! Honas are so easy to see. Yes, Mavis and Topaz are hard to see through.

That's a southern facing window, so it only gets a little direct light in the afternoon. Think that's too much?

Cinder keeps leaving her chick to jump back on whatever eggs are in the box.

Guess I'm going to have to put her somewhere. She's clearly not happy with just the one. I guess that's fine because this morning bubba was crying over the pullet that died. I said he could name one from the brooder, but he said he wanted to go to TSC. And we all know that bubba gets what he wants!
