Granny's gone and done it again

I have a co-op close by too but yet I always went to TSC for the feed. It cost a lot to feed the ones I had here. Some didnt free range and I think that effected their health a lot. I pulled grass and weeds for them and threw it in there. They loved that. All the ticks here now I wish I still had some fowl! Do you use a wagon to haul feed? I had Roberts little red wagon from his childhood and it lasted as many years as I had chickens. hahah

I'm going to lay down as soon as I eat lunch. The temp just went from 88 to 91 in a matter of 15 minutes. Can't work in this the way I feel now. Out of Gatorade and my bottle of just electrolytes now. Don't feel safe sweating all mine out in this heat.
there are recipes on google to make your own. Have you ever tried that?

Tractor Supply was about $7,000 a year higher for feed for us. $10 a bag more for 50#'s. I haul the bags from the van to a galvanized trash can at each coop or sometimes close together coops share a feed bin on the top of the John Deere. Less lifting from that height. Without the John Deere I'd be in a Galaxy of hurt instead of just a world of hurting physically.

can you get the can on wheels? You could bring it straight to the bags instead of bags to the can.

I had to use my nebulizer this morning. Asthma kicked in.

Not short enough we can dip into the can. Pulling the filled can would not be easy on our terrain. To many inclines to get over. Terraced farm fields.
