We re having baked chicken leg quarters & Lima beans.

Yum! I'm doing leftover red beans and rice.

I have a pack of chicken legs to bake, plus rice and veggies. The boys aren't adventurous eaters, so I make everything pretty plain. Hubs and I go out if we want grown up food! I do have some satay (Thai peanut) sauce to slather on some of the chicken. Mmmm... good idea I wouldn't have thought of without you asking.

I knew what satay was !

Im lying, I didnt know.

Lisa brought me a whole bunch of deer/cow burger and I aint got nothing to go with it. taco seasoning, beans for chili, speg. sauce. Nada !

6 more days til pay day. I think I will get a ton of sevin dust and do the pole barn. I am convinced them ticks is in there from them cats.
Alady that bought a couple seramas from me invited me to come to a swap with her sat. Its in Lauranceburg KY. Told her I was broke. Thats a long trip. She said she would buy all my chickens for a dollar and set up at the swap in KY and what ever was left at the end of the day I could buy back. She says that way we could set up and it be legal.

I thought you could take birds over the state line... Make sure she buys them from you so she gets in trouble!
