Think the wood around the fasteners just rotted/wore out. I have never fixed that part since I've been here and that was 1999. THANK GOD some passerby called and let me know it could have fallen and either killed someone or landed in the street causing horrible mayhem

I have meant to ask you many times and forgot, What kinda word is Nodak? Is it the name of a town or??

NODAK is short for North Dakota which is also what you used to use when sending mail until the PO went to the 2 letter designation.

Oh and my chicks shipped today. Need to finish the brooder room tomorrow.

I spent friday emptying a room (lots of extra furniture and beds in there) and washing walls, and then painted it on Sat , did 2 coats in the bathroom. Angie just needs to clean everything good and panel spray the wood paneling in there and it will be ready to rent by the week or month. OH and I need to get a fridge and microwave. CRAP and the carpet cleaned.

That room hasn't been rentable for about 4 years do to HUGE leak in the tub area , with Mont's help we found the issue , fixed it and new cement board and tile where the tub surround was giving out.
