I thought I was dying last night. I woke at 3am not being able to breathe. Its what woke me up. I sat on the edge of the bed trying to take a breath .I realized my mouth was full of very thick IDK what. It was like slime. I was actually pulling it out of my mouth. (gross) After I got a lot out I could finely take a small breath of air I coughed a ton of it out and could finely breathe It scared the hell out of me. I have coughed a lot all day today.I hope whatever it was doesnt come back tonight.
I am telling this because I wondered if anyone knows anything about this. Im sorry if it grosses you out.

Nice thing about fall and winter gardens is no bugs to contend with.

That's my problem now. Earwigs. Been going out after dark to spray when they come out.

Ive not seen those. I got the most from the early girl

I have an early girl planted. I only planted one crook neck squash this year. Saw tonight there were two flowers started. Won't be long I'll be cooking up some squash. Yumm.

Early girls are dwarfs compared to Jetstars. They will average nearly a pound each.

Sounds like the ones I planted last year. I planted another this year. Steak Tomatoes. One slice more than covers a piece of bread and I love the taste.

ya we do! I like them just tomato mayo salt pepper on fresh bread.

I tried to learn the herbs and what they can do and how to fix them but its hard! I never did learn.

Trust me, you could grow mint, no problem. I'm still killing off what I got growing for Austin last year. I don't have any use for it.

We will be planting about 50 new tomato plants for the fall canning garden. The do better here when the ripen in the fall than in the heat of the summer. Over 95° they do not pollinate well.

I have my early girl planted on the North side if the house. Always plant one there. Does well. The other two get shade from my pear tree part of the day.
