Made my run to the CoOp before they closed at noon. Kids won't grow hungry. This afternoon I've got to get the processing center ready for sending some roosters off to freezer camp. Some will be for grilling/smoking and some for fryers. One of the largest dark Cornish is labeled for beer can chicken already.

I havent had beer can chicken in a long while. Last time I used sprite soda. LOL It was still very tender.
