Poblano peppers are like a bell but better flavor. They are not a hot pepper like jalapeno.

Queso would be one of them. You could use mozzarella or any melting cheese. You can use this recipe with the mild poblano instead of the hot Anaheim used here:

I use an all-natural peanut butter, no sugar. You have to stir it and keep it refrigerated or the oil separates.

Just plain cheap peanut butter. I get mine from an IGA store. It is the best of all brands. Store brand. Open the jar and is is like fresh roasted peanuts.
