Today is the anniversary of the USS Indianapolis sinking. Since it was on a secret mission, nobody sent a distress call. All those men ( over 1,000) floated in the water, watching their ship mates get eaten by sharks. By the time help arrived, there were less than 400 men left!

Grandkids are over, we are swimming.

Went to my daughters 50th get together. A swimming party. Me? Nope. Got photos first before I left them to it. I look half asleep. Went home to have a son come by to visit. Lives 4 hours away. Dropped Richard off from Fish Lake. Nice visit. Nap later.
