Cleaned and changed my tank theme. Pirate ship and anchor for Ashton.
Glad I don't have a tank larger than a 10 gallon.
Look close in the first one. My plecostomus is trying to find him a hiding spot. He has fan tail/fins.

well we hit 98* today. up to 105 tomorrow.

Better last night. Thank you. I keep going to fill a third dog dish though. And turning to the cabinet to fix Gracies pills. Habits, hard to break.

I like doing things, but instead of animals, keep up my gardens better and pull the pesky weeds. And go rock hunting. It's so peaceful and if you decide not to go no one else suffers

True. I miss having chickens but I can see it's easier to do my gardens for veggies and flowers. Especially with this heat now days.

Well I cant find him. I put a sheet of black construction paper behind my tanks fit to size. It hides all the wires and tubes and makes the fish pop.

Good afternoon folks. 91° and out I go to plant tomatoes. Ma did all the coops this morning by herself. I ate a PB&J this morning with my meds and blacked out across the bed. Felt like I had been drugged. Didn't even take my morning Gabapentin. Tomorrow I'm skipping all but the potassium and Tylenol and see if that helps. It was noon before I woke up again.

Blue I hope that you heal quickly now. I know antibiotics do not work instantly but by tonight they should be starting to help. Hope you have some cortisone ointment for the poison ivy. I think that is what me wife uses for most all of her similar rashes. I'll be back later this evening sometime after dark. Lots to get done and a short time to do it.

I used to do that. I've had blue, and pictures. I've thought about it.

I'm feeling more like this every day. Even about the gardens. We are planning on going more to a vineyard and berries instead of fighting so many weeds. Now if weed was legal we might grow our on meds. I still will keep at least one coop of pet chickens as they help me more ways than one. Rather have them than cats or dogs. I have the means to build a building that will keep a small flock of pets for a week or more without any thing needed other than a look inside by a friend to see if all is ok. We could go down to the coast and take some lightning photos over the water and stock up on fresh fish as we leave to come home. Grapes only need certain things done a few days out of the year and it is the same with all the berries. We will always grow a few tomatoes and a trellis of Lima beans. Maybe some mustard greens. Not much more withing the next 2-3 years.
