I pull the chicks. Keeps them sitting.  If you want her raising them though I would pull the eggs. You can add them back.

That's crazy! I wish she would just keep them. Wonder what she would do if you just have her 8-9 chicks all at once?

Maybe if she wasnt protecting eggs she would take care of them . IDK,chicks had bloody beak and wings from her on this hatch. Thats better then before .

Thats funny Camping. Just went out to feed. Another baby same nest. None in any of the others. If I am able later I will go candle the others and if they are no good I will pull these from killer and give them to the others. Should of done that a long time ago.

Another chick! It's awesome that Lisa brought you an incubator, but seems your Seramas are doing pretty good on their own.

Apparently since I got home late last night my big girls decided they didn't need to go in. I had 2 on the ramp I put in. And this morning I had 2 out in the run while everyone was locked up.

Mornings, The seramas are hatching seramas . I had made up my mind to sell all the bantams and move the jubilees over there. They must have known . LOL Then I want to hatch jubilees and polish. 2 breeds. I am so mixed up now I dont know what I am doing. Since I have these new eggs I am looking forward to I am still thinking jubilee in the small coop and mixed flock in the big one. That still leaves no room for seramas.
