They put something besides cortisone in my hips. I should ask what it is. It lasted a year and cortisone doesn't last that long. I remember a shot called rooster comb but don't know if that is what I got. It was a combo shot of a fast acting and a long lasting. That is all I remember. Monday will be the same approach to the sciatica. Short and longer.

I'm drinking on a soup size mug of coffee. It's not helping to keep me awake yet. It's been months since I've had any. Normally I only drink coffee when it is below 30° outside.

I've got time to get a short nap in before chores. I don't think my little Sophie is going to make it. She refuses to eat. I did put 2 little balls of feed down her and she drank a little water. All she wants to do is nap. Like me. The rain is gone now for the day and it cooled from 94° down to 82°.
