shelters here are begging people to come. They waived the adoption fees. 37 dogs and puppies at my little pound are slated for death

Yes, he is trying to rehome her and I'm sure he'll take steps to be sure the dog can't get to the chickens.

I'm glad to say I don't suffer from headaches and those of you who do have my profound sympathies! But right now I'm pretty miserable with the poison ivy on my legs and these spider bites. Can't wait for this all to resolve but it looks like it may take weeks.
