If my land was fenced the first thing I would do is get 2 goats or those hair sheep. Wouldnt take them long to clean up I think.

Yup. Cheaper to just let the woods grow wild. I keep the rest mowed. As long and I keep the grass over the septic system growing OK I don't worry about nothing else but the paths to the chicken coops.

Can't afford horse at all. The price of horse hay is scary as well as feed for one. They need more than yard grass.
