Thanks! I’ll have to look into it. I hate coffee so I drink tea or soda or for a while I was drinking liquid iv energy multiplier stick things. I don’t buy the sticks anymore. But still drink sodas and teas. And Dunkin refreshers occasionally but not very often. Especially once I learned how much sugar is in it in addition to all the caffeine.

My favorite tea brand is celestial seasoning and my favorite flavor is blueberry. It is good could or warm. The herbal teas are caffeine free and there are some pretty good flavors. Plus you can drink them hot or on ice.
I drink mostly water because sweetened drinks give me a nasty blood sugar drop.

There is also a bottled green tea that is naturally caffeine free, one variety is sugar free. @SourRoses I agree Postum is good! Have you tried Pero? Amazon carries that too, it is barley based. That is my favorite. A lot of our people also like Roma.

I LOVE herbal teas too especially the fruit ones but I also LOVE my caffeine LOL it’s hard

Busy day.
Wedding was beautiful.
Had to wait outside for quite a while for them to come out. That was so hard. It was so hot. Bronwyn had to run to the car to get my water I brought, thank goodness. I made it for some pictures. Not sure how those will look. So many people! His family and hers. He's Tongan, she's Hispanic/English..her dad..my son. Beautiful couple. I got photos of my family..her family..that is now living in Mexico. Next week her brother is getting married.

I have that genetic sensitivity to bitterness, so coffee and tea aren't my cup O' tea (hehe) no matter what is done to it.

This sounds like a recipe for sleepy, grumpy people!
I've tried to go without caffeine for months, the lack of awareness never resolved. Probably easier for those who never start.
Besides, caffeine isn't bad. God made it... and sugar. And sugar makes plants. Plants make fruits & veggies. Grass makes cows. Therefore, sugar = life. What's the point of living longer if it's filled with stale crackers and misery? I'll trade a decade or so for some fabulous Eclairs!

Morning yall. I just got home. Tom's face planted and broke his nose in a few different places plus he split it open. Stitches for that. He ripped a good sized chunk of skin off his arm and he was crying about his shoulders He thought they were broken but xrays said nope. Robert heard and found him on his face in the floor then turned him on his back before coming to get me. I called 911 and they came and got him . Robert had lifted him up and put him in his chair. His bedroom is full of blood. They sent him home still with no answers of why he is falling. They are all putting it off to his age which is bull fish.

oh and he didnt have any clothes to come home in so he looks like a dr. now. They cut his shirt off. He had 1 shoe. that was it.
