We have to make a Walmart run for a few more food items. No junk food. All healthy stuff. Need to get ready for a real road trip tomorrow in what feels like half way across the state. I'm medically hung over or at least that's the way I feel and am glad I do not have to drive today. If my driving was no better than my typing it would be bad.

I hope we hear from Granny today. It's reassuring even if she just pops in to say so we know she's still kicking. I'm headed to the dentist, GS (aka "The Kid") has an appt to get a permanent crown put in. He's driving. I had hoped to take him in for his driving testlater this week but the school wants him up there early, as in, this Wednesday! - since he is to be an RA this year. That's a Residence Assistant, kind of the equivalent of a dorm monitor. Make sure phones are turned in and lights are turned off, that sort of thing.

Larry, I wish you and Iris safe travels and hope you don't fall asleep in the middle of the cabbages while you're shopping, lol.
