Granny's gone and done it again

My heart. Guys. I came home and I swear his ears have grown since this morning.

Got a chewy order in with some more pup sized chews. Kira is being very good.

So, the renter guy has moved out and y'all have moved in? I missed that part somehow.
Yep. We moved in…well. Kinda. Mid June. We were in the motorhome a few weeks after that lol. The place was a mess. Still a work in progress but we’re in. I’ve got two rooms left to go…the office is still kinda chaotic - got a few more pieces of furniture to put together aside from paint and stuff, and we have an extra room that will be kinda workout room. They left us a recumbent elliptical and a treadmill…sooo…lol.

But I unpacked Nana’s teacups yesterday. They found a home in a curio cabinet. Glad of it, they’ve been sitting in a rubbermaid tote for a good fifteen years.
@prostar I remember when Goose's ears went through that loopy phase! Kira looks like such a lady! :love
She’s so good with him too! She blows my mind every day. I will say I am never doing the single dog thing again. I have noticed already he’s already got amazing bite control - even with the needle teeth I’m not the shredded mess I was with Goose lol.

guess not. Anyway I fell. Waiting for sd to get here and one sit with tom and one to take me to er. Cant take the dogs out or make coffee. Fell off toilet landing on left side. hurt ribs the worst

Oh Granny, I'm so sorry.
My mom actually did this recently, she was so embarrassed. We figured out what happened for her though, the bathroom light wasn't on an she was barely awake in a hurry to go, so she didn't notice she couldn't see well and missed the toilet location enough to send her over the side. We fixed it by putting a nightlight in the bathroom.
We all fall sometimes, all ages, and you were obviously exhausted providing 'round the clock care for Tom.

Cost us $100 to eat at Applebee's last night. Everyone enjoyed their meals but me. I ordered a 6-oz sirloin, med. rare. It was all gristle. I couldn't even cut into it, much less chew it. We had paid for it early because I didn't want to take a chance on having to pay after sunset, so by the time I realized what it was, it was too late to get comped for the meal. But the manager had the kitchen make me a new one instead. I haven't tried it yet, I'll hopefully have it for lunch tomorrow. I hope it's better! We're usually real happy with the food there.

My mom had the same issue at Applebee's. And their Baby Back ribs are so dry. They used to be pretty good, I even worked as an Expo once upon a time... but we don't go there anymore.

Instead, LONGHORN! If you have one, that is. We don't eat out even once a month, maybe once every 2 or 3, but when we do it's always a good experience there. They have this garlic parmesan coating for a chicken dish that they'll happily put on steak (ribeyes!) as well. Goodness! It's SO yummy! And the chocolate stampede desert is amaaazing, tho enough for 4 people lol. It's like 7 different kinds of chocolate and you can actually taste all the nuances. Served with an extra vanilla bean ice cream. Oopsie, I forgot you like the healthy stuff. But others might be interested so I'll leave that part :p

We used to hit Longhorn every time we spent the day at the beach on the way home. It's been a long time since we've gone.
