Granny's gone and done it again

My husband has sponge kidneys, so he has forked kidney stones, like deer antlers. Sometimes he has to have them broken up for them to pass.
Ouch! DH has had some broken up. He used to get them every 3 months on the dot. Until a nurse told me to put a couple squirts lemon in his water to dissolve the sludge in the kidneys. It worked well. The Dr also said no ginger ale because the caramel color causes stones. The last while he's been drinking ginger ale again.

Wow! Thank you for this. I get painful sludge and the occasional sludge. Hello, Lemon!

The shade is a bit lighter/brighter than this but yeah

I've got all my coops closed up but one. I'm not going to try and rounding up Legs. I know exactly where he is. It's almost dark enough know he will panic and come running to his coop while he can see to fly up into it. Well more of a big jump for him and his long legs. I came across him early while I was out and about earlier today and asked him if he needed a bread treat. He follow me to the door and waited for me to retrieve a slice of chicken bread. Cheap white sandwich bread from Dollar General. Any way he got the most of it after some was saved out for Sophie.

My Blue Boy satin silkie decided he wanted a piece of Legs today. Legs was caught completely off guard and had those tiny feet and spurs in his face before he knew what hit him. Legs has won all of his backyard fights until now. I had to catch and get that little blue demon off of him. Legs just doesn't know how to fight such a tiny rooster I guess.
