Morning all, not much sleep. Pain is terrible. Pain Dr made it very clear that I cannot accept meds from any other Dr. Tom and I have Dr appt w. primary today at 2. I hope I can drive.

Did they tell you whether you can use ice packs or heating pad? Moist heating pads can feel oh so soothing in addition to your meds.

I had cottage cheese with crushed pineapple, half of a cut up banana and - lol - a little squirt of Hershey's Extra Dark Chocolate Sauce. <giggle!> I've never done that before but it sounded good so I thought I would try it and it was delicious. I thought, I would put it on ice cream, like on a banana split, right? And I really needed a little something sweet.
