Oof! Sorry to hear. Google exercises for sciatica. I've found a couple that really help.

I'm going after professional help. I have a very good PT that I'm going to for PT. It's been two years since I've had an epidural for the sciatica pain.

I'll find out Wednesday morning if the my cardiologist is clearing me to get the hip injections. This is the first time I have had to get a clearance to get any kind of a shot.

I have found that most people like being right, but in my traditional upbringing we were taught that it's prideful to admit to liking being right.

In our traditional setting we only went to 8th grade.

Memories ..I was good at spelling too. I never studied. I went to public school for 8 grades then private school for 3 hour school. That last year I had a teacher with a lisp along with a strong accent (or truthfully she pronounced a lot of words incorrectly) I was never so frustrated with spelling! I didn't study so I didn't know what the words were and the teacher didn't talk plain so I couldn't understand her and misspelled a lot of words !!
