Headed home from St Louis, having delivered The Kid to the bus. Ate at OG and regretting it. That salmon was DROWNED in butter. Only ate half of it and feel sick. Will stick to soup n salad after this.

Welp. We're stranded. Sixty-two miles from home. Engine overheated. Have called AAA.

Sigh. It'll take the tow truck about 35 minutes to get here, and ... we're six miles from our next regular rest stop.

Thank goodness GC at home so she can come get us at Plaza Tire once we get there.
