If you buy ready prepared gluten free products, they add so many things that are no longer healthy for you.

Yeah well that's true of just about anything you don't grow yourself.

Toms back up already. He needs a new mattress badly. I have been trying to save enough to get him one. I'm guessing by Christmas I will have a hunk of it but it needs to be ordered and I hate that. In store costs so much more
