Good morning! Any plans for the day? My plan is to make birthday dinner, pecan pie, do laundry, deal with a bunch of jalapeno peppers and sweep the floors. That's the plan, it may not all get done.

I roasted some pigs feet and chicken and now it's in the slow cooker with veggies and seasonings and vinegar. Sauteed the onions in a tiny bit of bacon fat first. Meat is expensive.... And so are bones! Pigs feet are $2.29 a pound. I'm happy!

Howdys all, I didn't wake up til 11:30. 
Finally fell asleep around 4:30 this AM. I have to stop these naps. Poor Tom was just sitting thru Sanford and son over and over since 3AM. No hearing aids in so he couldn't even hear it. I have to put them in for him. He cant.
