Lol I want to say it's too early for snow, but ... it's the end of November. We've had an unusually warm fall. Normally we would have had snow from Halloween on.

We've barely had enough rain to keep the dogs watered.

I mean, we are on a well so we can always give them well water but they prefer rain water so whenever it rains we put buckets out to catch it. Gah, I'm not making sense.

What does this even mean and are you planning on staying there? Your not too far from Twist are you?

It means that there is a dog specific area for them to poop. The sign is saying, don’t do it here. I’ll be here for several months at least. Twist is in westerly North Dakota I’m in western Montana. Picture shows the area.
