Danna, I had one pop on me and it scared the devil right out of me ! It was like a gun. I use push pins in the air cell then chip the egg away unless it stinks then I quickly toss it. Smell the outside first, if it stinks I wouldnt bother .

It's a gluten intolerance or allergy... It should not be given unless they do a full spectrum allergy test otherwise you are eliminating a nutrient that is needed but you aren't necessarily allergic too.
