Yesterday when we went out to do afternoon chores is was very cold and windy. Ma had on a hoodie and Legs our infamous pet rooster didn't want anything to do with that strange person in his coop. He refuse to take his treats. He can be stubborn. I wore a matching hoodie in his coop today and he was all over his treats. I think he knows the sound of my voice better as I have held him in my lap giving him treats while Ma has not.

I've had a shower and shaved for the first time in a couple of weeks. Feel almost human again.

Fence guy coming tomorrow. Hope they use the quick cement and can get it done tomorrow. May have to wait for another day to finish but the posts will be in. Just on the side of the house. Will have a gate.

I wish health was good. I eat a lot of healthy foods and always have. Diet doesn't cause all ills. If diet doesn't cause it then diet can't fix it either.

I love a very broad spectrum of fruit, nuts, and vegetable. Moderate amounts of animal protein. Whole grains. But still..........

Be sure they build up the concrete around the posts in a cone shape, so water doesn't pool around the base of the posts! I was not careful about that when I had a fence installed and in less than 3 years the posts all rotted at ground level!

I don't give then any chews without staying with them. He choked on a pigs ear one time They like oinkies chews but I only give then when I'm around and I throw them out when they get to the ends. I have some deer leg bones from my brother. They love those bones. I didn't cook then but I did dip then in boiling water first to sterilize the out side. It makes me nervous giving raw meat

My dogs eat a raw meat diet. Never had a problem in 25 years.
