Yes. Both kinds. If I feel this bad when I get up at lunch time I'm calling for an appointment. I can usually get in within a few hours.

In the case of kidney disease, diet of pills caused it. Diet won't cure it but it's the way to prevent it from getting worse. Preventing the need for a kidney transplant is to priority... There may not be a kidney out there that matches me.

There surely will be, somewhere. Nobody is completely unique.
