Granny's gone and done it again

I eat a lot of nuts and seeds. NO grains as the are conducive to IBS and leaky gut which leads to food allergies and autoimmune diseases. I occasionally eat bread every month or two and no cereal for about 18 years. Besides most grains are GMO and loaded with glyphosate. I also do not eat anything with HFCS, hydrogenated oils or any seed oil. My weakness is chips but no flavored and not too often
Have you tried the SCD diet?

Do you start onions from seed? Mom used to start then in January. Then we would cut the tops off and use them as Green onions. Cutting the tops off encouraged the growth to go in the bulbs.
I love green onions with a bologna sandwich, I cant eat them any more though

Tom is not having a good day. Asking if his sister can fix his TV speaker. It needs a part to hook it up to this new TV. He is not potty broke. He is doing good with peeing. Hopefully he will get it all back. It hurts me to be bending over like that to get him redressed but Im getting it done. :D He is eating 3 meals a day but they are simple things. He had cereal and banana for breakfast. I will give him yogurt and ensure for a light lunch. Due now and then dinner today will be turkey and dressing w/ extra gravy and some grapes I don't imagine that's square meals for the day but I am trying. Extra help in the form of 2 hrs. a day will be starting next week along with the nurse coming out to see what all he needs. (PT,ect..) He has stumbled a few times so balance needs to be addressed w/ this nurse. I did notice he is tripping over his own 2 feet. The extra help can shower him and cook a meal or 2.
Sounds good to me! Being house bound doesn't work up an appetite, and we aren't using up extra calories.
