Granny's gone and done it again

No. But I take peanut butter crackers with me. I feel if I watch how I eat all the time, when I do get a low sugar moment, it doesn't come so fast. And it corrected itself better. When I didn't watch my diet and my sugars drop, I end up with a head ache and feeling unstable the rest of the day.
I know that feeling all to well. I want what's going to work fast. Takes me forever to eat a pack of those crackers and w/o milk they wont be enough

I won't hardly eat at a restaurant at all if I can help it. Only at Olive Garden on the days we drive to St Louis, twice a month. And then I have soup and salad. Usually minestrone but sometimes the chicken gnocchi. That's good but I don't eat the gnocchi (little potato dumplings).

Good grief! I remember you telling about ending up in the ditch. You know it might be good for Robert to know enough about driving just to be able to pull the car off the road safely. Not necessarily to get you home, but just safe. Wonder if he'd be willing to do that.
meant to quote this earlier Blue Sorry. Yes, Robert could probably do that but he would have to move me from the drivers and around the van to the other side.

I've only ate there once. Did you know they were owned by Red lobster? And if you have a gift card it can be used at either place? I didn't.

I believe it. I've been close enough that I take food with me everywhere. I can literally feel something that feels like it's draining out of my head. I used to eat subway sandwiches with that cheap bologna. Half an hour to an hour later, I would be shaking and in tears and all confused. The Dr said if I get to much sugar/carbs at once, my body goes in over drive and makes to much insulin. That insulin eats up my sugar and there's none left for my brain. Granny, is that how you understand it? Most people think you aren't eating enough sugar but actually you eat too much
That’s how I understand it.
