I know that feeling all to well. I want what's going to work fast. Takes me forever to eat a pack of those crackers and w/o milk they wont be enoughNo. But I take peanut butter crackers with me. I feel if I watch how I eat all the time, when I do get a low sugar moment, it doesn't come so fast. And it corrected itself better. When I didn't watch my diet and my sugars drop, I end up with a head ache and feeling unstable the rest of the day.
