Ahh. Have you tried Tillamook cheddar? Here it only comes in a large brick, but it's delicious.

But ... what? No Swiss? No bleu cheese?

I love the Tilamook cheddar, but the last couple bricks got moldy way too soon, so I switched to Sargento.

We go through a lot of it. Sargento is good, I love their Swiss cheeses. Regular, baby and aged.

My opinion is that Marble, Munster, aged Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar cheese and the like should be a staple in our diets.

Munster is a vital nutrient.

In a pinch we will visit a Hardees for a Mushroom and Swiss burger about every 6 months.

Yes! With grilled or butter-sauteed Portabella mushrooms!

LOVE Tillamook everything. Ice cream, cheese, cream cheese, etc. etc. but HATE Swiss and blue cheeses.
