fog was bad here this morning. The dentist took it on himself to call? That IS unusual. Are they going to pull his teeth?

They want him to see their oral surgeon on Monday. The time slot isn't enough to extract then but he will evaluate him (5th evaluation) and come up with a plan. She said it's high priority. Because he has the reclast infusion, they may have to extract one and wait 2 weeks for healing before the next one is extracted. But she said he can be awake so we don't have to wait for insurance approval to put him to sleep.
She did indeed call the insurance!
The deep cleaning will take 2 separate visits because they dig under the gums and numb him so they only do one side at a time.
How did he get a cavity under a crown? They will have to remove the crown to get the cavity, then build it up again. They don't want to extract more then they have to.
Long term steroids did him a lot of bad but back then, that's all they had for crohns

Trying to decide what snack to have with my meds tonight. 2 chocolate chip peanut butter cookies or a slab of fruit cake.

Exhausting day! Paid bills and updated books for last month and this one. Why did I do that to myself??? Then made out the menu for the week, and compiled the shopping list.

Then, because I needed to use some eggplant up, I decided to make pita pockets with fried breaded eggplant, grilled red bells, tzatziki sauce, olive, feta, etc. Then I discovered my pita was moldy!! The date on it was 2/7!!! So, I looked up a recipe and made my own pita. Well, I wasn't sure that would work out, so I also made a mushroom tortellini soup. Dinner took 2 1/2 hours to make!! But, it all turned out really good, and we are stuffed because that is way too much food! Oh, and of course we needed a Greek salad to go with all that. No matter what I make, we always have a salad.

Our dentist always call but we already know as it is easy to understand on the Medicare Advantage website now.

The last oral surgeon only does work when someone is asleep. That gets tricky. They have rules when it comes to be putting to sleep.We do have Medicare advantage. Because he's seen multiple dentist, they only cover a certain amount of X-rays. The first dentist was going to do a silver diamine filling for the cavity under the crown which is also not covered.

I was at Dairy Queen with my sister this afternoon when a man and woman walked up and showed me a picture of myself on his phone. Only I didn't recognize any of the setting in the picture. Turned out to be his brother who had passed a couple of years ago at the age of 72. I'm 73. The guy had the same beard and long hair. I'd have never thought it wasn't me. They were passing through from Nashville. They say everyone has a twin

Roberts will only pull his if he is put under and his sugar has been too high to do so safely

Roberts Dr. called me today. I told him I had already talked to his nurse. He wanted to hear it all again. He had never heard of anyone's hair getting shorted either. I told him everything I knew. Roberts going to be pissed when he comes home from there. He does not like me telling the Dr. anything

I have to go back and read your posts. I wonder what happened!!

I'm just not getting all the posts read. It's been a little crazy here. His Dr gave me a memory care appointment. Just a little stressed with all these appointments. If like to do more in one trip
