Take a long time posting and look for the white banner camping was showing. It will show up if someone posts before you. Wait for it!

well its unrealistic then . I cant just post ever so slowly and wait for a view now. I hover over the alert and it pops up the new posts . I dont have to leave the page and go to watched . and ya, still just said 1 new alert for a sec. then it was gone.

It's not an alert you are looking for. A white, hard to see banner just comes up right under the last post while you are in the reply box. Just ignore the alerts and look for the banner. It will be right above the page numbers, below the last post. It only happens if there are postings while you are replying.
The banner does not go away until the page is refreshed. Even after you post it is still there.

Those dang birds are good for that. Everytime I am chasing my one roo down in the chicken run. He out smarts me & runs under the roost bars that are attatched to the center post that holds up our aviary net. Knocked my head 3 times into it trying to catch him last time. You would THUNK I would have learned after the first time lol.

cover the post in insulation or foam and then when you beat you head against a pole not so painful.

I don't mean for you to do it all the time, just intentionally try to take a long time once so you can see what camping was talking about. They should make it bright orange or green or something that gets attention.
