Soooo I was gonna cancel all my appointments this week but todays I got too nervous/felt too bad about and didn’t so I decided to go. She’s been on leave for a month anyways so I was excited. I get all the way down here and they ask who I’m here to see and he’s like ummm sooo unfortunately (her name)’s not coming back. We were gonna call you with a new therapist. Sorry about that. And I’m so nice I was just like it’s okay. Thanks. But I should have said uhhhh was anyone gonna call and tell me my dang appointment was canceled or that she left before I got all the way down here or before I potentially called her (I have her number) to cancel!?!?!?!?!

When they call I will just tell them I am switching everything over to DMH anyway LOL
