Granny's gone and done it again

I came down with a bad sore throat, and cough. My voice sound hoarse. Think I might have a sinus infection. It's almost impossible to get a doctor's appointment quickly. Discouraging.

This has been one of the worst seasons in my memory for the various bugs causing viral and bacterial respiratory infections.

Yep I believe it is probably from us being isolating for long.

GC made a minestrone soup yesterday, I had some of that. I forgot we still had KFC in the fridge. She and DH had that. She also made a gluten-free pineapple upside-down cake. We all had some of that! She takes good care of me during the day.

Sweet tooth is still on a tear. Going to make a muscadine jam treat with a banana.

If there are any canned or frozen vegetables that he can and will eat put some of those on that list..... Staple items will make meal times a lot easier...

That's sad. I don't know how he can ever have a healthy diet. The best you can do is to make sure the house is stocked for you and Tom. Next enough to keep Robert eating what ever he will. There's now way to keep you and Tom well fed trying to be all inclusive of Robert so it would seem.

We have much the same situation here. GC is not supposed to have gluten or anything that comes from a mammal, but the rest of us ... can. She is not as careful as she should be, and pays the price in various levels of discomfort. But we can't all eat like she should although I do try to make as many allowances as possible for her. She made a gluten-free cake today, but loaded it with sugar, not so great for me, lol.

Granny is it not so that if you can't eat well and stay healthy Tom and Robert are doomed? If they don't want to eat well that shouldn't restrict you from doing so.
