I had a vegetable lasagne made by a lady from my church, and a bowl of lentils GC made in the crockpot. Both delish! I am going to do my lentils that way from now on. She used chicken stock instead of water and nothing else. Not even a mirepoix of onions, celery and carrots as I usually do, but it was still just yumy! The lasagne had strips of zucchini instead of noodles and it was good too but could have used more cheese.
