Granny's gone and done it again

I cut the backing for the quilt today, bought special fabric that's wide enough for the whole back with no pieces sewn.
I also made a chicken stew to eat tomorrow. I will be off the fire raku from 10 am to 4pm. Think I might take a tent and a table and chair to sit at. Hope the weather is good.

Cap, have you done hair technique? My (late) ex did some using human hair, the effect was stunning.
