Granny's gone and done it again

I wish I could do this for my critters. I have 3 and would love to know about all of them. I also wish I had room for more in my house. No way I can afford that. And I also feel like they don't get any one on one attention that they need.
Ahhhh that stinks! But I’m sure they get enough attention. ❤️

Supposed to protect you. I believe him, he's very good.
Hum. Maybe they cancel each other out? Shrug.

Im frying hamburger patty's today. I'm dreading it and I also suck at it. They are either raw on the inside or burnt on the outside. Sometimes both  Thats right, Granny don't know how to fry a burger. At least they are already shaped so it will look like a hamburger anyway. LOL
Granny, start with the meat at room temperature. Then get a good sear on them on both sides, then finish them in the oven at 350 for 6 to 10 minutes. Don't salt before cooking, it pulls the juices out. Let them rest about 5 minutes before serving.

Do they splatter in the oven like they do on the stove top? I thought I got them all cooked good today but Robert just told me his 2 were rare.

I cook them on a medium low heat with a lid. When the top is brown..turn. Cook 5 min. longer.
