I wish I could do this for my critters. I have 3 and would love to know about all of them. I also wish I had room for more in my house. No way I can afford that.And I also feel like they don't get any one on one attention that they need.

Im frying hamburger patty's today. I'm dreading it and I also suck at it. They are either raw on the inside or burnt on the outside. Sometimes both Thats right, Granny don't know how to fry a burger. At least they are already shaped so it will look like a hamburger anyway. LOL

Granny, start with the meat at room temperature. Then get a good sear on them on both sides, then finish them in the oven at 350 for 6 to 10 minutes. Don't salt before cooking, it pulls the juices out. Let them rest about 5 minutes before serving.

Do they splatter in the oven like they do on the stove top? I thought I got them all cooked good today but Robert just told me his 2 were rare.

I cook them on a medium low heat with a lid. When the top is brown..turn. Cook 5 min. longer.

Someone called me last night at 10:40. I was really tired and must have fallen in a deep sleep soon. I woke enough to think it's my phone alarm but I was too tired to get the alarm to do ringing. Why would someone call at that time. DHS nurse calls the evening before to say what time he will stop by but he's not coming today and it wasn't his#. They deserve to be blocked, whoever it was
