Granny's gone and done it again

Very Happy Birthday to @twisted-acres-farm. Hope you have a marvelous day.

@ShrekDawg.....ummmm what the hades did you do to your hand? Regarding the MRI. If you have problems, tell them. Don't just lay there and get yourself all stressed out about it. I've had two the last one in April before my shoulder surgery. Everyone was so friendly and must have asked me 4 times if I was comfortable. Remember. They are working for you you aren't working for them.

@Granny Hatchet I know you are down to the wire with this but remember we are all praying for you and try to take some time to relax and not worry. Worry and stress isn't a good thing when you are having surgery. A certain amount can't e avoided but please dear lady find some time to take care of you. :hugs

It's 79 degrees here today. Beautiful weather. DH and I have been tag teaming the lawn. It was up past our ankles and it was mow it or bale it. He's feeling better but like me he says, I want to feel better NOW! Neither one of us have figured out that it doesn't work that way. I see the ortho on Tuesday and am hoping in relief from this pain when I use my arm in the form of a hypodermic syringe filled with the steroid and IM anesthesia of choice. Going back into PT before I see him. Going to ask for him to only make me to do PT once a week since DH isn't fully recovered yet. I can do the exercises at home and don't need the extra trip up to Kirksville.
That’s how they wrapped my hand after taking the IV out 😭🤣 it was with contrast this time. But they did the IV in my hand. They felt my arms so I assume the veins were just hard to find LOL that happened Wednesday too when I got bloodwork except they didn’t do it in my hand but took a while to find.

And thanks!!!!!!! Thankfully it didn’t touch my face LOL

It was kind of like these LOL

Those are the ones I'm familiar with. Looks like a catcher's mask to me only plastic.

Okay, so only a blood draw. My mind is too imaginative I guess. I saw your hand then the pics of Brewster (that is Brewster isn't it) and thought Huh Oh Brewster nipped her. Comes from having Band-Aids on our arms or hands at any given time from one of the cattle dogs jumping on us with claw punctures or Diesel going through one of his moods and chomping down on one of us. He doesn't nip like most cattle dogs. He releases his inner bull dog and makes sure he gets your attention.

Glad it was only a needle stick. You must have really challenging veins.

That’s a better description LOL

And yeah, I probably should have specified and/or provided context and not just posted random pictures of my hand all wrapped up… LOL sorry!!!!! :lau

But oh gosh!

Brew did get my hand the other day playing but no broken skin and he didn’t mean to. He immediately grabbed the correct thing (the toy) right afterwards LOL

And thanks! Yeah, I guess so? IDK. They didn’t used to be so either I got fat or dehydrated or both. 🤣😭

That said, this one was the IV for the contrast.

The blood draw was the other day (well, Wednesday) and that person was new I’m pretty sure cause there was someone else there helping them. Which is not an issue at all. But yeah.
