I’m trying! I already had some today but I won’t get any tomorrow. I was off it for basically 3 weeks until Friday. Sunday was 3 weeks. So not quite. But yeah. I was supposed to be off it for a month and then we were gonna reintroduce it SLOWLY as part of the experiment but then I just dove in headfirst into the deep end again…

I will start over tomorrow.

Glad you are home and doing well. It sounds like Robert is trying to help you and glad you are home too. Like Microchick said eat good healthy high protein food with the goodies on the side. Don't over do it.
