Because some people got smart and only charged$1 for their item and then marked up the shipping. The same reason eBay charges taxes on your full sale (including shipping) they charge their fees on top of shipping and taxes so they have to report shipping because they are making money of the shipping

I fear for Robert being in the same boat except he draws a pretty good check I think. I offered Kevin to live here when I am gone. I didn't tell him but I would have put a small % of ownership over to him as well had he accepted my offer.

You should do a budget for him. See if he makes enough to stay there when you and tom are gone.
