@Cynthia12 what a doll baby she was. When all is said and done, letting her pass peacefully was the last gift of love you could give her. They are in our lives such a short period of time but they forever leave paw prints on our hearts. God bless Bella and God comfort you and yours.

Been laying low here today. 95 degrees again. Went out to give the birds food and water and discovered that the heirloom peaches are ripe and deer are feasting on them so got in touch with the neighbors for them to be picked tomorrow. I tested one and they are sugar sweet. Should make some kick butt jam.

Individual softball-size Moonlight peaches here are $1.35 EACH at WM. DH bought 4 yesterday and I ate one for lunch today all by myself with ... a dairy product Granny won't eat, lol. It was scrumptious.
