One kitchen sink/drain leak fixed only required one trip out to hardware store and then on to Menard's for the bolts that hold the toilet seat to the bowl. Everything on her list is now fixed. For the moment 3 toilet seats done as well, coffee filters made up

taking a short break before working on the flower beds in the courtyard of the motel.
