Adorable! I love ducklings! And chicks......and baby goats (kids)......and calves......and keets......and a lot of other baby animals (and humans)!

Chicken simmered for 4 hours. I forgot about it. Its cooling & im gonna make dumplins. Was gonna do them ahead of time like someone said their mom did but i took a nap instead.

Ooo, dumplings are so good! Well, ya' know, naps are really important!

I would've slept instead of making the dumplings.

Jane, you are making me hungry. Hubs tried making dumplings a long time ago, and they were like slimy goo. Are they supposed to be like that? Taste was nice, but texture, not so much.

Hello! It's been raining on and off here today too....we did some work out in the barn this morning and now we are just relaxing!

Relaxing after working is satisfying. Relaxing with nothing accomplished is guilt-inducing. I'm working hard to ignore the guilt, though.
