It's not the locking up that's so hard (except when I forget) it's the getting up before 6 on summer mornings to let the layers out. They COMPLAIN LOUDLY if they have to wait and everyone has their windows open in the summer.

I had the skillet still on the stove from where I seared the meat and onions with all those wonderful garlic pieces in butter so I went and got 2 tortillas and cooked them in those juices and added ham and cheese to them. That was good !
