Pretty much, but they can be tricky. Are you having symptoms? Granny's the one to ask, nobody more experienced than her I don't think. But we have some nurses here too. @microchick?

Well my chest is really tight but I think I’m probably just having a really bad panic attack which they say can sometimes feel like a heart attack but idk.

My fingers/hand are tingly though but Google says that’s extremely common with bad anxiety so now I feel better lol

I just took one of my scheduled anxiety meds. I was due for it a little bit earlier and forgot. hopefully it will help.

I think I have a PRN I can take too but I will just wait and see if the scheduled one does anything. And I am going to take my inhaler. Because I do also have asthma so

Btw I genuinely do not remember asking this before or anyone else asking it or I’d just search the thread. But anyways, I just got really scared with the tight chest and tingling fingers. But I think I am starting to feel better finally. Because I also got up and moving around and not just laying there. And taking active steps to help myself (the anxiety med, the inhaler, etc.) so I guess because it is starting to get better, it is NOT a heart attack?
