Up north I considered myself a conservative. But down here people consider me a bleeding heart liberal cause I am all for better parental leave policies, universal health care, affordable education and all that "socialist" jazz.

I had some sad news this morning. I went out to let my birds out and I didn't see the little chick. I'm not sure if it was in the coop last night. I assumed it was under the mama hen but I didn't look. I seen it yesterday evening. For Mama has been looking for it all day. I don't know if a Hawk got it or maybe a snake.
