ROFL, no. That was my 2nd hatch ever, first one failed completely... I think it was the EHAL last year.
I've gotten 100% develop rates from shipped, but never higher than 57% hatch rate... Mail is tough on them.

and some of the prices are so high too. It must be a big disappointment to buy high-priced eggs and not get any to hatch

I'll bet, especially with eggs from breeds like the Orust that are over $100 a dozen. Just plain unaffordable.
