Granny's gone and done it again

Lisa, aint he turned wrong ? If he made all that hole himself I would crack him on out of there. just the top half . leave his but in.
Just doesn't look right, I suspect that he is stuck in the membrane. If it was me & there weren't a bunch of other eggs in with it. I would take it out & carefully remove the cap. I usually apply some antibiotic ointment to the membrane to keep it moist & wrap the egg in a wet, warm paper towel & put it back in the bator to finish for itself. That is only what I would do, many say don't meddle. I have had good & bad results with meddling.

I just lost one of my all time best dogs ever.
Our first white boxer....
We new this day was coming and I had a feeling when I couldn't sleep last night that it would be today.
DH kinda knew it too so he tried to get me out of the house this evening, hoping it would happen while we were gone, but this beast waited for me to get home.

He was loved and died surrounded by us.
Poor guy.
I am not doing "this" ever again (this: having a dog die at home)
Pongo aka Pawpaw 2009 - 2017 RIP

nope nope. and he walked away from me when I was trying to calm him. I want him to take a benadryl. He wont .
Tell him something outrageous. Take his mind off the anxiety.

did he make all of that hole himself ? or is it one you widend earlier ?
This is not the one my nail went through.
All him. He started in the middle of that hole. I've been watching him and he's just been playing with the edges of it.

But the vein.... I didn't want to mess with it. He would bust on out if I took his lid off.

night Papa

I'm so sorry Kiki, losing a beloved pet is gut wrenching. They become family members & it is heartbreaking when they pass. Sending big :hugs & prayers
