Mornings, Never know what Im going to read on here ! From sports to turkeys getting freaky and everything in between ! LOL A turkey hen that looks like a Tom, 5 yr. old hens (that look very good for their age) I would never know .
I am trying to get woke up enough to hit the road.

I love that the oldest guy on the team, oldest guy ever to play in a series, hit a home run! Go old people!

LOL, right? That was the one 30-45 seconds of the entire game that I saw.

Whee. Got paperwork sorted and signed last night.

Also, bonus points for the whale picture -- LOVE whales, have been somewhat obsessed with them from as far back as I can remember - even got one for my birthday once (grandma "adopted" one for me through one of those programs) -- even all these years later going whale watching is one of my favorite things.

Beautiful morning to you all! Up and running here -- got the boys out the door and skipped the park today (Z is pouting HARD at me right now, she does not approve of this plan at all, lol)-went grocery shopping yesterday and picked up quite a bit of meat that I need to get broken down into workable amounts and put in the freezer and am FINALLY going to get my laundry sauce made (kind of have to, ran out yesterday and have laundry to do, lol). Started letting little man (kitten who remains nameless) come downstairs during the day yesterday so have been busy trying to keep him from killing himself and refereeing his relentless pursuit of poor Sheldon who has been incredibly patient and surprisingly gentle thus far but has developed a look of pure exasperation. Little guy is at that stage where he is boundless energy and no fear, not always a good combination.
Haven't heard anything from the two interviews last week, they were supposed to have a decision made this week so not sure how to feel about that.

That had to be one of the best whale watching trips ever! Up in Alaska, Juneau I think. We watched these 4 humpbacks feeding for an hour... and that was after following a big pod of orcas for almost an hour. Our tour boat was quite late getting back to the dock, cutting it close for our group to get back to the cruise ship.

Same here. I didn't fall asleep until 5am.

and then on the radio this morning a report said that people who don't sleep well will overeat the next day by 350 cals on average.

no wonder...
