Granny's gone and done it again

Thanks Twist :) They are cute but bossy little things!

Btw my brother just messaged me wanting to know if I want any peacocks lol
 only if you want to be deaf. LOUDEST things I have ever heard well until I met Sherry and her family.

can you tell if its nursing and normal sized ? Do we have a name for "granola" ?

calf looks normal and nursed at least once while I was watch OR at least there was a "blob' back by Comet's udder.

for Granny's calf I am leaning toward Granite for a bull and either Granola or Granita for a heifer.

there are 3 wells one is the original hand dug and rock lined one which is about 15 -20 deep BUT according to Erv (born and raised on the place) it never went dry. Nice clear water to. The other 2 are 80 ft or deeper machine dug and electric pumps at the bottom and that water is always brownish BUt tastes fine.
Oh, your water table is very high. That's good news. Our well is 350' deep. This part of CA has crazy geology. Guy right across the street has a 100' well, water at 60'. We are on the wrong side of the street. :(
